2. Where and what information does Audeze collect?
2.1 Personal information
Audeze offers a range of services where you are required to register by entering personal information. For example, the purchase of any product will require you to register an account on audeze.co.uk.
We also receive your personal data if you register for our Audeze Insider newsletter.
2.2 Non-personally identifiable information
Audeze uses third-party applications to track and analyze non-personally identifiable information about the use of Audeze sites. We only use this information to produce summaries of visitor behavior, such as statistics on most popular and least popular web pages. The information collected cannot be traced back to a particular individual.
All data collected by third-party applications are not owned by Audeze. Additionally, we may receive some data from thirty-party analytics providers. Audeze will not share, sell, distribute or rent any information we receive from these third-party applications.

If you sign up to receive newsletters, updates, or other information from Audeze, you will receive emails from us that may use a ‘click-through URL’ linked to Audeze online content. Audeze provides the opportunity to accept or reject from mailing that you might receive from us with this message, “If you didn't subscribe to this list or you're not sure why you received this email, you can delete it." You will not be subscribed if you don't click “Yes, I want to subscribe”.

Audeze employs a range of technologies to protect the information maintained on our systems from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your personal data or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal data and isolate these from any further use until deletion is possible. We will aim to keep your contact information up to date and if we become aware that it is out of date and cannot be updated we may delete your data.
