2. Where and what information does Audeze collect?

2.1 Personal information

Audeze offers a range of services where you are required to register by entering personal information. For example, the purchase of any product will require you to register an account on audeze.co.uk.

We also receive your personal data if you register for our Audeze Insider newsletter.

2.2 Non-personally identifiable information

Audeze uses third-party applications to track and analyze non-personally identifiable information about the use of Audeze sites. We only use this information to produce summaries of visitor behavior, such as statistics on most popular and least popular web pages. The information collected cannot be traced back to a particular individual.

All data collected by third-party applications are not owned by Audeze. Additionally, we may receive some data from thirty-party analytics providers. Audeze will not share, sell, distribute or rent any information we receive from these third-party applications.

 2.3 Click-through URLs and Google Analytics

If you sign up to receive newsletters, updates, or other information from Audeze, you will receive emails from us that may use a ‘click-through URL’ linked to Audeze online content. When you click one of these URLs, you go through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our sites. We use this click-through data to help us understand how recipients respond to, or interact with, our emails. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list by selecting the unsubscribe option at the bottom of all Audeze emails, or by sending an email to pr@audeze.co.uk. We provide this unsubscribe option in every newsletter.

Audeze also uses Google Analytics to gather statistics for portions of our website. We will use this information to improve user interfaces and web services for visitors. Google Analytics accesses information available from your browser and Audeze cookies to collect data about the actions you perform on the Audeze websites. Audeze keeps a record of information from our social media platforms, which may include contact information provided by following us on Twitter or LinkedIn, in any feedback or comments to any posts on our Facebook page, LinkedIn page, Twitter, or Instagram account, or by ‘liking’ the Audeze page on Facebook. If you choose to share our digital content through social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, or to watch a video posted on a third-party media site (such as YouTube), you may be sent cookies from these third-party applications. Audeze does not control the setting of these cookies; we request you to check the third-party websites for more information about how to manage their cookies.

We use your personal information to respond to your requests and non-personal information in gathering analytics to help us administer our website and platforms and deliver quality online services. Audeze newsletter subscribers may also receive information from us including new product announcements, special promotions, and new content releases.

In fulfilling the activities described in this policy, we may share your personal information with Audeze staff, all of whom have signed confidentiality and IP protection assurances that protect you against the disclosure of your information without your express permission. 5. What if you do not want to share your information?

We ask you to indicate whether or not you wish to receive any other information from us. You must indicate your preference to be able to complete a registration. Audeze provides the opportunity to accept or reject from mailing that you might receive from us with this message, “If you didn't subscribe to this list or you're not sure why you received this email, you can delete it." You will not be subscribed if you don't click “Yes, I want to subscribe”.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest and relevant to our work. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over the other websites that do not fall within the www.audeze.co.uk domain name. 7. Security and protection of your data

Audeze employs a range of technologies to protect the information maintained on our systems from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our website encrypts the transmission of data entered into forms on our site through the use of Secure Socket Layer. This encryption is a security protocol for establishing encrypted communication between a web server and a browser. Data collected reside in a web server database that can only be accessed by designated Audeze staff or designated personnel under contract to Audeze and subject to Audeze data protection and privacy policies and contractual confidentiality clauses.

We will store your personal data until they are no longer needed to fulfil the purpose(s) for which they were collected, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your personal data or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal data and isolate these from any further use until deletion is possible. We may dispose of any data at our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law. We will aim to keep your contact information up to date and if we become aware that it is out of date and cannot be updated we may delete your data.

If you wish to modify your information after you register yourself for Audeze services or do not want to receive emails, you may use provided links on the websites to make updates or unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can write to us directly at pr@audeze.co.uk with a clear subject line and stating what you want us to do.
